From bellydance to bounce a variety of dance styles will be combined to loosen the hips, build flexibility, get your heart rate up and your booty boppin.. Simple break downs paired with cue and follow practice will assist in building movement memory through repetition. Boost empowered energy, strength, joy and confidence as you embody your fiercest self in a supportive space. All levels and ALL bodies welcome!
Please bring a yoga mat and sweat towel. *Indoor only shoes required in studio space (or bare feet ok).
